三、主要分项工程工期完成情况：
本工程开工日期〔桩基工程〕为2004年3月18日，计划竣工日期为2005年5月30日。
地基基础主要分项工程施工期：
CFG工程桩及基坑支护工程：2004年3月18日至2004年7月8日；
基坑开挖及桩头处理：2004年7月21日至2004年8月7日；
碎石垫层及基础C15砼垫层：2004年8月8日至2004年8月11日；
基础及地下室外墙防水层：2004年8月13日至2004年9月16日；
基础筏板：2004年8月16日至2004年8月26日；
地下室结构工程：2004年8月26日至2004年9月14日；
四、施工过程介绍：
在地基基础分部工程施工中，我单位严格按照图纸设计、工程建设标准强制性条文及国家现行的有关规程、标准、标准组织施工。按照《山西省建筑工程施工质量验收规程》DBJ04—226—2003的标准进行检验批、分项工程及地基基础分部工程的质量检查、评定，经验收合格后方进行下道工序的施工。隐蔽工程在隐蔽前均按程序报建设、监理单位验收合格后方进行隐蔽。对进场工程材料/构配件等严把质量关，并按要求进行见证取样复试；按照《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收标准》GB50204-2002的要求进行砼试块〔标养及同条件〕的留置、取样、养护、试验、评定。地基与基础分部工程完工后按要求进行了结构实体混凝土强度及钢筋保护层厚度试验。
