nt types associated phenotypic identification and
comparative analysis to reveal the high-density conditions related traits of maize plant type
characteristics change and laws. Two densities combined variance analysis showed that the leaf angle
other four of maize plant type related traits genotypes difference, two densities difference, family and
density interaction differences were significant or very significant Therefore, the leaf angle, panicle
35 section spacing, plant height, ear height four traits of maize plant type as judged by the
density-sensitive indicators. Two densities treatment comparison results showed that with increasing
density maize leaf angle, ear height, plant height, spike section spacing on the average of four traits
along with the increases .Under the conditions according to two traits compared to the average density
can be divided into 189 families density-sensitive, sensitive type density, intermediate density and
40 density insensitive type 4 types.
