职称破格申报条件

1、承担市地级项目（课题），并已经市级业务主管部门组织同行专家鉴定，其成果具有市内先进水平；或者已经市级业务主管部门组织同行专家鉴定，在管理、应用技术推广（包括专利成果推广应用）中取得较好的经济效益或社会效益，或其教学、科研成果在全市推广。
2、获市地级科学技术三等奖以上及相当奖励项目的主要完***；或者获市社会科学成果三等奖以上的主要完***；或者教学、科研成果获市政府业务主管部门或县政府组织评审的二等奖（或三等奖两项）以上的主要完***；或者获两项以
