华北电力大学(保定) 硕士学位论文面向切削加工的虚拟测试系统设计姓名:闫明申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械工程;机械制造及其自动化指导教师:崔伟清 2011-06 摘要 I 摘要虚拟仪器自从产生到今天,把传统的测试技术带入了一个全新的领域, 它打破了以往我们对传统测试的概念,虚拟仪器技术的蓬勃发展不仅成为了当今测试领域的主流,也为现代加工制造业注入了新的生命与活力。 LabVIEW 是当前工程人员进行数据测量、测试与控制系统所使用的图形化编程环境, 它用直观的图形化图标编写流程图。本文在 LabVEIW 编程环境下开发了测量切削力与切削温度的虚拟仪器。首先提出了切削力、切削温度的测量方法,完成了硬件系统的设计,包括数据采集卡、传感器、放大器等系统硬件的选择; 根据软件系统的设计原则提出软件设计是该系统的核心。采用模块化的编程结构,将测量任务分成多个模块进行设计,变动系统功能只需改变其相应模块。软件系统共包括数据采集、数据处理、经验公式创建与切削力标定等模块。通过前面板的功能按钮实现切削力与切削温度测量的数据采集、处理、分析、存储以及测力仪标定等功能。数据采集部分采用多通道循环扫描方式进行采样,然后由数据处理模块进行后续处理,可以完成存储、回放和截断, 经验公式模块根据不同的参数建立切削力与切削温度公式。 关键词: 切削力,切削温度,虚拟仪器, LabVIEW 摘要 II ABSTRACT The appearance of virtual instruments brings the traditional measurement technology into a new stage. It breaks the traditional concept of measurement technology and the vigorous development of virtual inst ruments not only es the mainstream of modern testing industry but also adds new vitality for machining manufacturing industry. Based on LabVIEW, th e paper explores virtual instruments for the measurement of cutting force and cutting te mperature. First, the paper proposed the measurement method of cutting force and cu tting temperature and finished the design of hardware system which including the sele ction of the data acquisition card, sensor, and amplifier. Software design is the key of this system. The measurement task is divided into multiple modules and then de signing, when altering system function only need changing the corresponding module. Th e module of software system mainly includes data acquisition, data processi ng, creation of empirical equation and calibration of cutting force. Data acquisition, data processing, data analysis and the calibration of dynamometer and so on can be achieved through the function button of front panel. Sampling of data ac quisition can be obtained by adopting the way of multi-channel scanning, and then follow-up treatment by data processing which can finish the function of data storage, data re play, an
