This essay,based on principles of riskmanagement,identified the risk, analyzed the causes,and calculated itseffect ontheproject bymeans ofanalytic hierarchy addition tothepoints mentioned above,the essay graded these factors ofriskby assessing theriskandthereforeputforward astrategy to research to achieved theplanned goal, completing theproject 20 days ahead of theschedule and gaining aprofit of 543,000 yuan inreturn.. The author researched theproblem of risk management in construction business by analyzing acertain case,suggested solutions tolack ofsupervision over riskmanagement and listedtheanalyzed factors ofriskclearly,which goes beyond current research.
