injection of pingyangmycin. The two groups were compared with the treatment of different methods for 2 months. The
influence of procalcitonin （PCT） levels， adverse reactions and clinical effectiveness. Results After treatment， compared
with the control group， the tumor area in the study group was small and the PCT level was high （P＜）； the difference
in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>）， but compared with
the control group， the study group had a high effective rate （P＜）. Conclusion In the treatment of oral， maxillofacial
and neck lymphangioma， the application of ultrasound-guided local injection of pingyangmycin has achieved satisfactory
results.
