The 29 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care of AECOPD; the 27 cases in the observation group were given the sitting and lying "six-character formula" exercise on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing. The blood gas indexes, FEV1 as a percentage of projected value(FEV1%), anxiety and depression levels of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were evaluated.
