Results The comparison of nutritional indicators such as hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, and prealbumin during hospitalization in the group A and group B was not statistically significant (P>). One month after the operation, the daily food intake of patients in group A and group B was (±) g and (±) g, the frequency of eating was (±) times and (±) times, and the weight gain was respectively (±) kg and (±) kg, the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=, , , P<). Conclusion Both dual-channel reconstruction surgery and total gastrectomy can improve the symptoms of gas- tric cancer patients, and the combined treatment effect is more significant, which can improve the quality of the prognosis of patients.
