Jouming control group, positive control
group, as well as high, medium and low dose groups of horseradish leaf extract, and the rotating rod
test and swimming to exhaustion test were performed. The contents of Glu, BUN and Lac in plasma,
the contents of glycogen and MDA, and the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in tissues were detected.
[Results ]The time of turning rod and swimming to exhaustion in high dose and medium dose
groups were significantly higher than that in swimming control group (P<). Compared with the
swimming control group and positive control group, the contents of Glu and glycogen, and the activit-
