流动注射化学发光法测定有机***的研究

摘要


本研究主要结合流动注射化学发光法建立了两种有机***的测定方法,优化了
体系的发光条件,在最佳条件下确立了被测物质的标准曲线方程,并用于实际样
品的测定。主要包括以下内容:
(1)介绍了有机***的类型、来源、用途、危害性及测定方法进展,并对化学
发光的原理、分类、化学发光法在有机***类物质测定中的应用及流动注射-化学发
光联用技术进行了简要总结。
(2)基于高锰酸钾在酸性介质中氧化 1-萘***直接产生化学发光,甲醛对此发
光反应有很强的增敏作用的原理,结合流动注射技术建立了测定 1-萘***的流动注
射化学发光分析方法。优化了体系中氧化剂高锰酸钾、酸性介质磷酸及增敏剂甲
醛的浓度,并优化了实验仪器参数条件。方法测定 1-萘***的线性范围为 ×10-8~
×10-5 mol·L-1,检出限为 ×10-8 mol·L-1,对 ×10-7 mol·L-1 的 1-萘***进行了 11
次平行测定,相对标准偏差为 %。方法用于几种实际水样的测定,回收率令人
满意。
(3)基于在荧光素作为能量转移剂的条件下,次***酸钠氧化三甲***产生化学
发光,十二烷基苯磺酸钠对体系发光有很强的增敏作用的原理,结合流动注射技
术,建立了测定三甲***的流动注射化学发光分析方法。优化了体系中能量转移剂
荧光素、增敏剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠及氧化剂次***酸钠的浓度,并对仪器参数条件
进行了优化。方法对三甲***的测定线性范围为 ~144 mg·L-1,检出限为
mg·L-1,对 mg·L-1 的三甲***进行了 11 次平行测定,相对标准偏差为 %。
将本法用于一些模拟样品和实际空气样品的分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract


The methods of determining anic amines were founded by Flow-injection
chemiluminescence analysis (FIA-CL) in the paper, some factors about CL reaction
were optimized, and calibration curve equations of determining anic amines
were fixed in the best condition, and some real samples were determined by the method.
The main contents are shown as follow :
(1) The type, the source, the use, the harm anic amines and the researches
and applications anic amines in environmental analysis are mentioned, and the
mechanism, the classifying and the applications of CL analysis anic amines and
FIA-CL technique have been summarized.
(2) Chemiluminescence reaction of 1-naphthylamine (NAP) with potassium
permanganate in the presence of formaldehyde as an strong enhancer was
investigated, and a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of
1-naphthylamine with flow injection technique was developed. The concentration
of KMnO4, H3PO4 and HCHO, and some parameters of CL instrument in the CL
