〔4〕在课后作业的布置上，既有全体学生都要求掌握的“必做题”，也有供学生自主选择的“选做题”，学生根据自己的情况，选择适合自己层次的****题，使课堂学****的内容能够得到及时的稳固与提高。
〔5〕引导学生根据自身实际，合理选择自主作业。学有余力的学生选择一些高于课本知识的能力较强的****题，如竞赛题，或参加数学竞赛辅导，中等的学生选择一些与课本最高难度相仿的****题，而学****相对困难的学生则选择与课本难度相近、与例题相似的****题。
4、反思总结
在教学过程中，不断反思在教学中分层次作业方面存在的一些问题与不足，不断调整方法与策略；对一些成功之处进行必要的总结。通过写课后反思，结合教育教学理论撰写教学心得、教学案例、教学论文等把经验进行不断地总结，形成相对系统的分层次教学的实施方法与策略

各学科课程标准向学科教学提出了明确的要求，积极倡导自主、合作、探究的学****方式，要求教师开发各种学****资源，在教学中树立全新观点，探究新方法、新模式，大胆改革、优化课堂，形成开放性的课堂，突显以学生自主学****为主体，促进学生全面素质的发展。
