前言
随着电子商务的快速发展，B2C电商企业如何解决物流问题是关系到自身发展最重要的问题。在此以京东商城这个目前最成功的B2C电子商务企业为例，讨论其物流模式问题，为众多电商企业找到一条适合自身的发展道路。
一．电子商务企业物流配送模式分析
〔一〕自营物流模式
自营物流模式是指企业通过自己投资建立物流系统，进行物流活动。自营物流是目前国内电商普遍采用的模式。例如：京东商城、一号店、凡客诚品等。据调查，目前我国80%的B2C企业有自营物流配送系统，但它们并不是完全依赖自营物流来完成全部的物流配送，采用自营物流的同时，还通过与第三方物流服务商合作的形式完成物流配送任务。
