人参与西洋参水提液对家兔心血管、呼吸系统的影响
[摘要] 目的研究人参和西洋参作用的异同。方法以人参及西洋参水提取液静脉注射家兔,观察其对呼吸和心血管系统的影响。结果人参水提液使家兔心率减慢,收缩压升高,舒张压降低,呼吸加深加快;西洋参水提液使家兔心率减慢,收缩压升高,舒张压升高,呼吸加深加快。结论西洋参使家兔心率减慢,收缩压升高,舒张压升高,呼吸加深加快;人参使家兔心率减慢,收缩压升高,舒张压降低,呼吸加深加快。西洋参的作用过程分为快和慢两部分,快效应出现快,消失快,不稳定;慢效应出现慢,消失慢,较稳定。人参有毒性,过量可致死;西洋参毒性较弱或无。

[Abstract] Objective To study the differences between panax and gen-seng. Methods Use the withdraw liquid of panax and gen-seng to inject vein of rabbit ,then observe their influence on the respiratary system and the cardiovascular system. Results Panax slows the heart rate,increases the systole press,decreases the diastole press of the rabbit,and makes it breath deeper and more quickly;gen-seng slows the heart rate,increases both the systole and diastole press of the rabbit,and makes it breath deeper and more quickly too. Conclusions Gen-seng can slow the heart rate of rabbit, hoist systole press,hoist diastole press,quicken and deeper breath; gen-seng can slow the heart rate of rabbit,hoist systole press,diastole press fall down,quicken and deeper
