—火灾自动报警系统设计
摘要
随着我国智能建筑(IB)业的发展,高层建筑及建筑群体越来越多,从而也促进消防系统以迅猛的速度向前迈进。在智能建筑的建筑物自动化系统(BAS)中消防系统是非常重要的一个子系统, 担负着保障人员及财产安全的重任。
火灾自动报警系统是消防系统的一个重要组成部分,其设计原则既要严格遵守GB 50116—。其设计要点包括:探测区域、报警区域的划分与探铡、报警控制器的设置、消防联动设备的控制等。最关键的部分是利用编程软件对火灾自动报警系统进行模拟仿真,模拟一些故障现象并相应产生故障报警。除此之外仿真系统也可用于课堂教学,使理论和实践紧密结合。

Abstract
With the development of Intelligence Building(IB) industry in our country, high buildings and munity are more and more, and that promote the fire fight- ing system to move forward with swift and violent speed. In Building Automation Sy- stem(BAS) of Intelligence Building,the fire fighting system is a very important sub- system, and its assignment is to protect the safety of people and property.
Fire automatic alarming system is an important part in the fire fighting system,its design principle both strictly obeys GB50116—98 the Design Norm of Fire Auto- matic A1arming System ,and adapts to development demands of inteltigent architec- ture. Its design points in- clude the detecting and alarming area’s division,detection;the setting of the alarming controller;control of the fire interlock equipment and so on;The most crucial part is that the design simulation of fire system by using pro- gramming software, besides it simulates some system malfunc- tions and generates corresponding malfunction alarms. In addition simu- lation system can be also used to class teaching and make theory and practice stick together.

引言
为适应信息和经济日益全球化的需要,智能建筑的建设热潮正在国内外兴起。通常认为,智能建筑包括三大基本组成要素:即建筑设备自动化系统BAS(Building Automation System)、work System)和办公自动化系统OAS (Office Automation System)。三者与建筑和结构有机地结合为一体,为人们提供一个安全、舒适、节能、便利、高效的工作与生活空间。
智能建筑产业已成为我国经济技术发展中最活跃、最具有生命力的新兴产业之一,作为2l世纪建筑技术进步与发展的国际性主流趋势,智能建筑在我国具有广阔的发展前景。由于智能建筑的机电设备采用自动化监控方式,使智能建筑利用先进的综合控制技术成为可能。同时,节能是建设智能建筑的主要目标之一,节省运行和管理费用,是智能建筑高效率和高回报率的
