[摘要] 目的探索不同剂量褪黑素对大鼠短期空间学忆能力的影响。方法灌胃法分别给予大鼠不同剂量的褪黑素,用Y型迷宫给予测试,观察大鼠正确的次数,用excel及 spss加以分析。结果大剂量的褪黑素对大鼠短期空间学忆无明显作用,小剂量褪黑素可以提高大鼠短期空间学忆无明显作用,小剂量褪黑素可以提高大鼠短期空间学忆能力。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of different dosages of melatonin on the short-term space memory of big rats . Methods Irrigate the big rats’paunches with different dosages of melatonin, and test them with the Y-type labyrinth, and observe the right times of big rats, and analyse the data with SPSS. Results The high dosage melatonin has no apparent effect on the short-term space memory, and the low dosage melatonin can improve short-term space memory of big rats . Conclusions The high dosage melatonin has no apparent effect on the short-term space memory, and the low dosage melatonin can improve short-term space memory of big rats.
