安全事故发生后，必须在第一时间上报事件的基本情况。报告内容：发生事故的企业名称 联系人何联系号码；发生事故地点和时间〔年、月、日、时、分〕：发生事故的简要经过，伤亡人数以及涉及范围；发生事故的设备名称，类别性质，原因的初步判断；事故抢救处理的情况和采取的措施:需要有关部门和单位协助抢救和处理的有关事宜。

〔1〕自行处理
1〕、根据发生事故的具体情况，当班职工、当班负责人按照制定的不同事故处理方案组织开展自救，防止事故蔓延，消除事故，并及时向上级报告和报警。
2〕、因抢救人员、控制事故、消除事故、恢复生产而需要转移现场物件的，应当作好标志，采取拍照、摄像、绘图等方法详细记录事故现场原貌，妥善保存现场重要痕迹、物证。
〔2〕外联救助处置
难以控制和消除事故，由外部单位、政府部门赶到并组织开展处理时，公司各级负责人及职工应积极配合；报告事故发生情况、自行处置情况、目前情况等。
3、保障措施
〔1〕通讯保障
