[摘要] 目的 探討鳖甲煎丸对腹膜透析(PD)小鼠腹膜纤维化的抑制作用及可能机
制。
方法 5), and the parietal peritoneum in PD group and BJJW group was
significantly thickened(P<). Visceral peritoneal ZO-1 protein expression
was reduced, N-cadherin protein expression was increased, and pAkt was also
significantly increased(P<). Compared with that of the PD group, the
volume of peritoneal ultrafiltration in BJJW group was significantly
improved, and the peritoneal thickness of the parietal peritoneum decreased
(P<). The visceral peritoneal ZO-1 protein expression increased, N-
cadherin protein expression decreased, and pAkt also significantly decreased
(all P<). Conclusion Biejiajian pill inhibits peritoneal fibrosis, and
the regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition(EMT) of peritoneal
mesothelial cells from PI3K/Akt signal is one of its mechanisms.

腹膜透析(Peritoneal dialysis,PD)因为腹膜纤维化而导致超滤失败,已成为患
者退出腹膜透析的主要原因之一[1]。腹膜间皮细胞上皮-间皮细胞转分化(Epithelial-
mesenchymal transition,EMT)是腹膜透析发生腹膜纤维化的基础[2,3]。磷脂酰肌醇
3-激酶/蛋白激酶 B(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/Protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)信
号通路,可调节 PD 腹膜间皮细胞 EMT 的发生,导致腹膜纤维化的发生和发展,PI3K/A
