基本设备（19项）：12道心电图机、多参数心电监护仪、除颤起博器、无创呼吸机、急救呼吸机、多功能抢救床、便携式B超、电动负压吸引器、全自动洗胃机、空气净化消毒机、离心机、二级生物安全柜、双目生物显微镜、生化培养箱、血气分析仪、血沉仪、血糖仪、尿分析仪、四通道凝血仪。
重点设备（16项）：中心监护系统（中心台＋4床以上）、动态心电分析仪（Holter）、肺功能分析仪、血液透析机、自动生化分析仪（≧150测试/小时）、血液分析仪、酶标分析仪、冷冻切片机、数字X线机、移动式X线机、预真空高压锅、高压氧舱、化学气体消毒柜、内窥镜清洗消毒机、救护车、焚烧炉。
三、人员配置

病床与工作人员配置比例为：300床位以下的按1：－1：；300－500床位的按1：－1：。
人员配置比例：行政管理和工勤人员占总人数的20%以下；专业技术人员占总人数的80%以上，其中高级、中级、初级结构比例二甲医院为1：4：5，：4：；卫生技术人员占总人数75%，非卫生技术人员控制在总人数的5%以内。卫生技术人员中，医师占25%，护理人员占50%，药剂人员占8%，%，%，其他卫生技术人员占8%。
四、服务功能
具备作为全县医疗和业务技术指导中心的条件，负责基本医疗及危重急症病人的抢救，接受乡村两级卫生机构的转诊，承担乡村两级卫生技术人员的进修培训以及业务技术指导任务，开展教学科研工作。
基本服务功能包括：开展院前急救，对急诊病例24小时应诊、出诊、抢救、治疗和组织转诊；具备应对突发事件，接受医药管理部门、卫生行政部门派遣紧急医疗队的能力；具有内科、外科、妇产科、儿科等至少10个临床一级科室；开展血、尿、便常规及生化细菌检验，X线检查，心电、超声、内窥镜检查等；按规定开展疾病预防、免疫接种、传染病疫情报告、健康教育、孕产妇和儿童保健；开展常见计划生育手术；负责对乡镇卫生院和村级卫生组织医务人员医药知识的培训，开展医药业务指导和技术支持。
