摘要:本文基于HyperWorks的OptiStruct模块,在摩托车脚蹬设计中运用拓扑优化方法对
其进行优化。根据设计部门提供的初始脚蹬模型,在考虑垂直和侧向载荷与冲击的情况下,
对其进行强度校核,然后进行拓扑优化。优化后,脚蹬应力值明显下降,刚度也有所提高,
重量比原设计减轻了30%。在满足设计要求的同时, 减少了材料的使用,达到了降低生产成
本的目的。

Abstract: Based on topography optimization and the OptiStruct module of HyperWorks
released by Altair, we have made optimizations for the motorcycle footrest. Considering
the vertical and horizontal impact, we analyzed the rigidity and maximum stress of original
footrest model provided by the design department firstly, and then topography
optimization was studied. The results showed that the maximum stress was reduced
enormously, the rigidity was strengthened and the mass of the footrest was reduced by
30%, which meant that topography optimization is an effective way to reduce cost by
using less material while maintaining or even strengthen its performance in footrest
design.

1 前言
优化设计是将设计问题的物理模型转化为数学模型,运用最优化的数学理论,选用适当
的优化方法,并借助计算机求解该数学模型,从而得出基于该模型的最佳设计方案的一种设
计方法。
