摘要:次镜组件是空间光学遥感器中至关重要的一个组件,次镜组件中的柔性铰链又是次
镜组件的一个重要组成部分。本文介绍了柔性铰链的设计原则,应用 OptiStruct 结构优化设
计平台对柔性铰链进行了优化设计,并对优化结果与经验结构进行了对比验证,优化后的柔
性铰链使次镜组件的一阶频率,镜面面形得到明显改善,同时柔性铰链的轻量化率高于原始
设计方案。

Abstract: The secondary mirror unit is one of the most important part in the spaceborne
remote sensor, and the flexure hinge is a ponent of the secondary mirror unit.
In this paper, the design criterion of the flexure hinge is introduced, with the help of
OptiStruct, topology optimization is performed in the procedure of flexure hinge design. By
contrast with the conventional flexure hinge, the result showed that the first mode of the
secondary mirror unit, the surface-shape and the lightweight ratio were better than the
conventional structure.

1 引言
在反射式光学系统中,次镜组件作为重要的组成部分,其镜面面形直接影响遥感器的成
像质量。在离轴三反光学系统中,由于不能遮拦光路,故不能采用卡塞格林系统的三、四翼
支撑结构,只能采取反射镜背支撑方式。
次镜为碳化硅(SiC)反射镜,需要通过均布的三个柔性铰链与背支撑板进
