西南交通大学推荐优秀应届本科毕业生

学生要求通过相应专业外语四级或国家大学外语四级考试。
第七条 在综合评价时，可对文艺、体育及社会工作特长等因素予以适当考虑。但具备
这些特长者必须参加综合排名，不得单列。
第八条 在应届本科毕业生中，对学生所学专业领域有特殊学术专长，经三名以上本校
本专业教授联名推荐，经学校推免生遴选工作领导小组严格审查，可不受综合排名限制，但
学生有关说明材料和教授推荐信要进行公示。
第九条 获得国家级重大学科竞赛最高奖项的学生，在符合推免生基本条件“第四条、
第五条、第六条”的情况下，可直接推荐为本校免试研究生，申请竞赛直免的详细方案参照
“第八章”。
第四章 推免生指标分配原则
第十条 推免生指标分配原则：根据教育部下达的指标，综合考虑各学院应届毕业生学

生人数、应届毕业生中茅以升班人数和符合学校文件规定的直免生人数，并兼顾我校各学科
的学科水平、专业水平等因素作为推免生指标数分配的依据。为鼓励创新型、复合型人才培
养，学校在双学位开展具有一定规模（应届双学位专业人数不少于 20 人）的学院给予一定
的指标数专用于推荐双学位专业学生为双学位专业的免试研究生。
第五章 推免生工作程序
第十一条 由学院、教务处根据各专业实际开设的全部必修课程及学院指定的限选课程
确定免研成绩排名课程，由信息网络系统按照计算规则完成课程成绩的初始计算。
第十二条 学生本人登录教务网完成成绩核对、网上报名、加分申请、网上志愿申请等，
具体时间安排及详细流程见当年通知。
第十三条 各学院根据学校推免生遴选工作领导小组审议通过的指标数，按照平等竞争、
保证质量、择优推荐的原则，按学校规定的加分标准确定学生综合评议加分。学生免研排名
课程平均成绩与综合评议加分之和构成综合成绩，按综合成绩顺序由高分到低分的原则，对
