摘 要：在现今绿色低碳生活的大背景下，实行低碳经济，发展新能源产业日趋成为我们各个产业发展的方向。新能源产业在优化我国能源结构，保障能源安全方面有着重要意义，在东北地区也有丰富的新能源产业，如：太阳能光热产业，风力发电产业，木质煤产业，本文将对东北这些新能源产业的利用现状和发展前景进行分析。

Analysis of the Utilization Status and Development Prospects of the New Energy Industry in Northeast China under the Background of Low Carbon

Abstract：In the context of today's green and low-carbon life， the implementation of a low-carbon economy and the development of new energy industries have increasingly become the development direction of our various industries. The new energy industry is of great significance in optimizing Chinas energy structure and ensuring energy security. There are also abundant new energy industries in the Northeast， such as solar thermal industry， wind power generation， and wood coal industry. This article will focus on these new energy industries in Northeast China. The utilization status and development prospects of the company are analyzed.

低碳經济是指通过技术改革或产业转型升级的手段，来降低煤、石油等这些高能耗的不可再生资源，减少有害及温室气体的排放，进而实现社会经济的绿色可持续发展。东北地区作为传统的老牌工业基地，虽然有很多高能耗的产业，但是其具有的基础设施都比较完善，相应的一些技术也比较成熟，并有国家政策的支持，在响应国家新能源产业发展的号召下，有着得天独厚的优势。
