第一章 工程概况
[摘要]本章简要叙述本工程的基础建筑概况工程范围和内容、以及本工程的施工特点。
第一节 工程概况
本工程为巴斯夫染料化工有限公司27900T/A树脂车间改建项目基础分部工程。
基础工程施工是在原有厂房拆除的基础上进行改建，要凿除原厂房基础桩承台及基础梁，利用原桩，和加补新桩后，浇筑1000mm厚满堂基础。
主要施工内容为：
（1）、新做取样平台基础工程。
（2）、取样平台整体位移。
（3）、拆除原基础梁、承台。
（4）、修凿桩头。
（5）、打钢砼方桩。
（6）、钢砼满堂基础。
第二节 工程特点
1、本工程工期紧，场地小，公司本着建设单位尽快获得使用效益，将以优质管理和一流的施工技术，缩短工期，计划施工工期为65日历天。
