1、浦东大道的修建是两个工程。一个是东西通道，东西通道是市中心主干道路井字型网络的组成局部，另一个工程是14号地铁线，方案2022年完工。
2、建设3个市级工程一上海图书馆东馆、上海博物馆东馆、上海大歌剧院(均为暂定名称)。
3、建设3个浦东的工程，浦东美术馆造在东方明珠和国际会议中心旁边，浦东群众艺术馆和浦东青少年文化中心给青少年和孩子们一个类似于浦西的小伙伴剧场一样的场地。
4、到“十三五〞末，有一个指标来衡量文化布局做的成功与否：市区的居民十分钟能够走到一个文化设施，郊区的居民十五分钟走到文化设施。
5、新的政策和措施来帮助推动社区在家养老。
6、谋划打通从浦东到杨浦大桥指徐浦大桥所有的滨江段，全程20公里，同时规划建设一条在防汛墙外侧滨水区域的慢跑道，在防汛墙的内侧建立一条生态绿道，兼具慢跑和慢骑功能。

青浦
1、在嘉崧中路与318国道加立交，12月底前开工。
2、崧泽高架明年开工，。
3、朱家角、金泽、练塘三个古镇联动开发，打造世界著名湖区。
4、以“大旅游〞、“大健康〞、“大总部〞为产业根底。
5、在2022年前，在184个村中实现80个区级“美丽乡村〞。
6、举全区之力开展西虹桥，以青浦东部开展反哺西部地区。
7、与世外幼儿园、小学、初中、高中，一并签了个协议在徐泾建校，与中欧国际学校洽谈向西转移等，将优质资源嫁接到青浦。
8、非盈利性三级甲等医院一期年底开始启用，二期2022年投入使用。
