Abstract：Lightning is one of the best strongest of electromagnetic interference source in nature. Reduce the lightning electromagnetic interference and increase the protective ability of information technical equipment and network system, it is the indispensable key factor for successful or not in the information society. In this paper, be directed against LEMP that destroyed the form and way of the information system, expound the method and measure of the protection.

1、 引言
雷电是发生在自然界中的声、光、电的大气物理现象，雷电灾害是严重的气象灾害之一，它以极大的破坏力给人类的生活、工作造成了很大的影响。近年来，随着科学技术水平的不断开展，大量采用微电子技术的计算机信息系统、监控、通信等网络的应用也在不断增加，但微电子设备自身所具有的高度集成化、低工作电平和小工作电流的特点，又使之产生了相应的绝缘强度低、耐过电压、过电流能力差等致命弱点。根据美国相关研究报告指出：当雷电活动时，，计算机发生误动作，，计算机发生永久性损坏。因而伴随雷电所产生的雷击电磁脉冲对微电子设备将产生严重的危害。据统计，雷电对微电子设备的破坏而造成的损失，已远远超过了雷击火灾的损失，成为当今电子时代的一大公害。
