①不遵守办公室财务管理制度的,每发现一次扣2分。
②不遵守办公室车辆管理规定的,每发现一次扣5分。
③到基层“吃、拿、要、报〞,利用工作之便假公济私、谋取私利,造成不良影响的,每发现一次扣5分。
④不经批准,随意到宾馆、饭店就餐或私自采购、拿取物品的,每次扣3分。
⑤参加各种不健康娱乐活动的,本项考核记0分。
〔二〕业务目标〔100分〕
重点考核政务信息、调研文章、领导讲话、公文质量、文电运转、效劳工作六项内容。
1、政务信息(20分)
①综合科、调研科、秘书科、督查科每人每年编发信息(含市内、上报,下同)15条,其中被烟台市以上采用3条。完成采用任务目标的记20分,编发信息每少一条扣1分,每超1条加1分,被烟台市以上采用每少一条扣2分,每超一条加3分。
②信息科每人每年编发信息不低于100条,其中被烟台市以上采用30条。完成采用任务目标记20分,编发信息每少5条扣1分,每超5条加1分,被烟台市以上采用每少一条扣3分,每超一条加1分。
③出现严重失误信息的,本项考核记0分。
2、调研文章(20分)
综合科、调研科、秘书科、信息科、督查科每人每年在?政务参阅?发表调研文章1篇,在烟台市以上政府系统内部刊物
