1〕标准、完善省肿瘤医院协作医院专家坐诊工作。 
2〕合理布局病区，肿瘤内科、外科、放疗科适时分科，核算独立。大幅度增加就诊病人数，及手术、放疗病人数。 
3〕病理科扩大业务业务量，检验科开展肿瘤标志物检验，建立血库。 
4〕充分利用现有超声聚焦刀、热疗仪等闲置设备，发挥其社会效益和经济效益。开展放射科摄片业务。 
完善、标准合作专科的的管理，借鉴其市场运作、效劳理念和手段，推进全院的经营水平。 
2、淇滨分院骨科、普外科、脑外科 
普外科、脑外科扩大在全市的影响。根据淇滨分院

开展情况，提升现有科室的实力和影响适时增加科室，为明年工作培养新的经济增长点。 
1〕骨科：骨科塑造名医、增添设备、加强宣传，在全市形成一定的特色和优势。要在创伤骨科根底上，开展脊柱外科手术、骨病等工程，成立脑外科治疗组，逐步开展脑溢血脑外科手术，为分科打下根底。 
2〕成立微创外科，在现有普外科根底上，增加局部设备，选送人员外出进修，引进局部关键技术人才，开展微创外科手术，如腹腔镜外科手术、电气化切除治疗前列腺及胸腔镜等手术，通过市场部运作，形成淇滨分院新的经济增长点。 
内科要利用承当社区效劳优势，增加病人量。要突出一至两个专病，提升病才质量。 
3、肿瘤分院 
肿瘤科要利用现有设备、人员，解放思想，积极、大胆探索新的管理机制和营销手段，
