在实现男女平等的过程中，作为新时期的女性，我们该怎么办？我认为，女性同胞们首先要改变自己的思想观念，不要委曲求全，更不要消极等待，使自己从传统的思想桎梏中解放出来，勇敢的审视自己，亮出自己，活出自己，自强不息，证明自身的价值。这样才能使我们的生命更精彩。
