19,24，30层，多层塔楼层数有7,5层，，其中5、6层为框架结构，11，15，19层塔楼为框架-剪力墙结构，24,30层塔楼为剪力墙结构，沿街设一~两层商业裙房，采用框架结构。设一层地下室，无人防。
3、施工准备及总体部署
本工程质量目标为合格工程。为保证主体结构混凝土质量要求，模板设计与施工质量控制是工程的关键之一。特别对地下外墙模板安装、梁柱及主次梁节点等特殊部位模板的设计、制作和安装质量要严格控制。
1质量目标
3、1、1分项合格率为100%，拆模后的砼外观光洁度均匀一致，外观平整，到达结构模板分项工程质量评价合格。
