浙江慈溪市徐家浦两侧围涂工程位于杭州湾南岸浅滩上，是目前国内规模和围涂面积最大的单项围涂工程。工程规模:距平行于海滩边3000m的横堤总长26521m;四灶浦直堤长约2240m，水云浦直堤长约3000m。4座水闸位于横堤上，分别为8孔×4m、8孔×4m、7孔×4m、7孔×4m。工程为Ⅲ等工程，主要建筑物为3级，水云浦直堤按20a一遇高潮位与20a一遇风浪组合〔不允许越浪〕设计，西南侧起点为水云浦九塘闸西侧，距原闸中心线约95m，堤坝为西南—东北走向，堤长3000m。半掘浦隔堤按10a一遇标准设计;南起半
