2014年专业技术人员继续医学教育工作总结
为进一步提高我院卫生专业技术人员的业务水平和整体素质，标准我院的继续医学教育工作，根据市卫生局继续医学教育工作要求，2014年我院的继续医学教育工作开展顺利，取得了良好效果，现总结如下:
一、医院基本情况
我院2014年新增竞聘人员2人，现在编在岗专业技术人员共14人。其中执业医师10名，公卫医师1人，护士2人。初级人员11人。他们分别在各自不同岗位利用所学专业知识，为当地群众，为医院各项工作的顺利开展做出了很大奉献。同时在专业技术革新，提升服务质量方面，他们也以自己不同的形式，不断的提高，为医院的业务水平提高注入了活力。
二、主要做法
1、建立并完善继续医学教育制度和计划
根据继续医学教育的有关规定，我院制定了《兴顺西镇中心卫生院继续医学教育制度》和《兴顺西镇中心卫生院继续医学教育计划》，明确了继续医学教育的相关政策、目标任务和具体措施，成立了继续医学教育领导小组，专职人员负责继续医学教育工作，使我院的继续医学教育工作步入了标准化发展的轨道。
2、继续医学教育计划落实情况
按照年初医院继续医学教育计划的安排，我们首先分批将新增竞聘人员送到包头市
