选取芜湖市某大型超市中有代表性的3大类9种27个蔬菜样本为监测对象, 分析其中重金属Cu、Zn含量,并通过单因子指数法评价其污染状况。结果表明,除根茎类蔬菜外,其他类型蔬菜均受到了不同程度的重金属污染。叶菜类和茄果类的蔬菜中,100%的样品铜、锌含量超标。蔬菜中Cu的含量顺序为茄果类>叶菜类>根茎类, Zn的含量顺序为叶菜类>茄果类>根茎类。

The content of heavy metal, namely Cu and Zn in 3 kinds,9 species of vegetables including 27 samples,from some Wuhu supermarket was determined and analyzed by means of single pollution index . The result showed that among vegetables produced from market ,except rooft and stem vegetable,other vegetables were contaminated. There were 100% of the samples among leaf vegetables and egg plant and fruit vegetables whose Cu and Zn content exceeded the standand. The content of Cu in vegetables were egg plant and fruit vegebables>leaf vegetables>root and stem vegetables . The content of Zn in vegetables were leaf vegetables> egg plant and fruit vegebables >root and stem vegetables .
