关于外院转入有医疗纠纷隐患病人的管理规定
〔试行〕
各处、科室：
我院承当着全省疑难、危重病人的医疗救治工作，其中局部由下级医院转入我院的病人存在医疗纠纷隐患。为标准管理，落实“以病人为中心〞的诊治原那么，保证病人得到及时有效的处置，减少医疗纠纷的发生，经院务委员会研究通过，下发本规定。
一、外院转入有医疗纠纷隐患病人包括：
〔一〕在外院已有医疗纠纷苗头。
〔二〕在外院发生医疗纠纷，经有关部门协调转入我院。
〔三〕在我院检查〔手术〕时，发现下级医疗机构在处置〔手术〕中存在过失或缺乏。
〔四〕在外院处置〔手术〕后，因病情复杂转入我院，我院再次处置〔手术〕可能效果不佳或预后不好。
〔五〕存在其它可能引发医疗纠纷隐患的。
二、处理流程
〔一〕科室凡收住上述病人后，首诊科室应仔细了解情况，并在第一时间报告医务处或总值班。
〔二〕医务处或总值班安排有关人员与科室共同了解清楚病人与外院发生纠纷的情况，或在外院处置〔手术〕情况。
