国五条细则中未提及征收二手房交易20%的个税问题。随着市国五条细则的出台，太原楼市开始趋于明朗化，接下来一段时间成交量可能会有所上升；但也有相关人士反映：市房管局对新建商品住房价格增幅高于城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入实际增幅的企业，加大了（销）预售证等相关证件的审评力度，这在一定程度上将导致部分有合法证件的房价正再一次涨价。
四、房地产公司如何确定未来的经营战略。
一线城市由于经历了几轮调控的洗礼，开发商相对比较理性，通过降价来促进销售已经成为一种常态，那么就需要减少开发商的利润来降低房价，吸引消费者，达到销售目标。
对于二线城市来说，对于普通住宅的销售，如正规、知名房地产商，如首开等，房价缓中有升，对于高档房，如星河湾，房产商就要缩小自身利润空间以寻求更多的市场。
