    抗菌药物分级管理目录由各省级卫生行政部门制定。
    第二章 组织机构和职责
    第七条 医疗机构负责人是本机构抗菌药物临床应用管理的第一责任人。
    第八条 医疗机构应当建立本机构抗菌药物管理工作制度，由医务、药学等部门共同负责日常管理工作。
    第九条 二级以上医院应当在药事管理与药物治疗学委员会下设立抗菌药物管理工作组，由医务、药学、感染性疾病、临床微生物、护理、医院感染管理等部门负责人和具有相关专业高级技术职务任职资格的人员组成。其他医疗机构设立抗菌药物管理工作小组或指定专职技术人员，负责具体管理工作。
    第十条 医疗机构抗菌药物管理工作组职责是：
    （一）贯彻执行抗菌药物管理相关的法律、法规、规章，制定本机构抗菌药物管理制度并组织实施；
    （二）制定本机构抗菌药物供应目录和抗菌药物临床应用相关技术性文件，并组织实施；
    （三）对本机构抗菌药物临床应用与细菌耐药情况进行监测，定期分析、评估、上报监测数据并发布相关信息，提出干预和改进措施；
    （四）对医务人员进行抗菌药物管理相关法律、法规、规章制度和技术规范培训，组织对患者合理使用抗菌药物宣传教育。
