二、采取的教学策略
（1）爱心是教育的关键
每接手一个新班级时，我始终坚持建立班级学****互助小组，把班集体“普遍的友爱”倾注给后进生。其实建立小组的目的是“沟通”，为了使他们有个交流的机会和场合，不论是学****上还是思想。精心营造一种平等、和谐、友爱的气氛，让后进生能够感受到集体温暖，感受到自己在班上有一席之地。班主任对后进生的转化工作难度则加强了。班主任只要有颗仁爱之心，经常设身处地的为后进心考虑、解决问题，则他们也会时时为你着想。可怎样让后进生感受到班主任关心他们呢？安排座位，我坚持好中差的搭配，要求好生帮助差生；课堂提问，我激励后进生踊跃发言，使他们把注意力集中到老师教课中，更少时间思想开小差；班级活动，我不忘留给他们一展身手，表现自我的机会。对父母离异的学生，经常与他们交谈，解开他们思想中的困惑，把家庭不正常带给孩子的心理障碍尽量化解。对屡教不改的，我则寓爱于严，严中有爱。以爱心抚慰他们的心灵
