转移性膀胱癌的化疗
随机前瞻性研究证明联合化疗 MVAC (methotrexate, vinblastine, adriamycinand cisplatin) 优于单剂量化疗。
长期存活率15-20% ，平均生存13 月. 长期存活组：内脏转移15%，淋巴结转移30% 。
EORTC 比较大剂量 HD-MVAC 和标准MVAC ，HD-MVAC 在完全缓解率和疾病无进展方面优于 MVAC 治疗。

在总有效率、中位生存时间及进展时间等方面没有数据表明GC方案优于MVAC。
GC方案并发症少。
为改进GC方案，有学者将紫杉醇联合GC使用（PGC方案），结果显示化疗有效率提高（57%vs46%），平均存活时间无明显差异。PGC方案并发症（白细胞减少症、中性粒细胞减少症）减少。
