This article discusses the various parts of the design, comparison and selection . through a detailed analysis of the situation by force and geometry of the c utting blade ,we designed a double circular blade .I found a circular blade cutting force changes in the critical point e. And asa basis, combined with the analysis of chip deformation process indicated .The r elationship between position of the blade radius of curvature R and the blade width b isR= ( ~) b. The relationship between the blade width and diameter of the tube isb≥ dmax. And further design and analysis of the shape of the blade cutting large diameter pipe - Slash-type blade .
