全套优秀机械毕业设计 CAD 图纸 QQ21135690 摘要 I 摘要在航天航空领域,用钛合金材料取代传统的铝合金材料已经成为一种趋势。然而, 钛合金的机械加工难度大;尤其是激光陀螺仪钛合金支架的精密加工,由单件转为批量生产的情况下,原有保证高精度、传统的工艺方法已无法满足现行的生产需要,针对这一问题,根据目前的生产现状及技术条件,进行了新工艺的研究与技术改进。生产实践证明,新的精密加工工艺规程不但有效保证了产品的加工精度,而且保证了产品大批量生产的质量稳定性。本文着重从以下几个方面对激光陀螺仪钛合金支架的精密加工进行分析和研究。首先,根据零件的特殊结构和精度要求,确定产品总体加工方案,结合实际根据现有设备拟定总体工艺路线确保产品加工质量和进度。其次,根据批量生产的要求,选定满足企业生产成本的***,确定合理的***参数、切削参数,既降低了生产成本,又确保了加工精度。第三,进行夹具的设计与加工稳定性分析;设计可靠的多工序转换工装,确保零件从粗加工到精加工的加工质量。第四,采用数控在线测量技术,通过编制测量程序来监控重点尺寸在实际加工中的微量变化,以此来迅速调整***偏置补偿量,从而有效防止零件精度偏移公差量。最后,现场抽取定量的零件,通过对常值系统误差和工序能力系数的计算,证明现行工艺满足生产要求,批量生产的零件质量稳定可靠。经过理论研究与实际生产的结合,制定了激光陀螺仪钛合金支架批量生产的标准工艺规程, 解决了钛合金支架批量生产的质量稳定性难题。关键词: 钛合金;加工工艺;切削***;质量稳定性;在线测量论文类型:应用基础全套优秀机械毕业设计 CAD 图纸 QQ21135690 II ABSTRACT The aluminum alloy has already been replaced by the titanium alloy which has e major material in aerospace industry field. However, there are difficult ies in machining ; especially l aser g yro ti tanium alloy b racket when it has changed from small-lot manufacture to large scale manufacture , so the former fabrication technology cannot meet the modern manufacturing demand; so as to solve the problem. The new technology has been researched to improve old one according to the existing circumstances .The actual production proves that the new manufacture technology not only improve the machining precision ofl aser g yro b racket ,but also ensure the stabilization of quantity production as well.
