40 吨级门式起重机大车运行机构设计摘要随着我国制造业和物流业的迅猛发展, 门式起重机在港口、码头、货场起着不可替代的作用。本论文所设计的机构是门式起重机的大车运行机构。大车运行机构主要用于水平调整起重机的工作位置。本设计在前人基础上,优化门式起重机大车走行机构结构设计,合理分配外形尺寸,目的在于设计出满足现实生产生活需要的结构紧凑、传动平稳、整体运行良好的大车走行机构。首先根据用户对设备提出的性能参数、外形尺寸、质量、价格等方面的要求进行设计计算。设计和计算方法是最基本的,参考了手册及相关图册。然后根据设计计算,以图纸形式设计了大车运行机构和大车支架。 CAD 技术的普及提供了加速设全套图纸,加 153893706 计进度的有力工具,有限元分析软件提供了检验和优化设计的方法。最终本论文完成了大车运行传动设计、大车运行支架设计。传动方式为电机—联轴器- 减速器高速轴- 减速器低速轴- 联轴器- 车轮。这种传动方案机构紧凑,使用寿命长。本设计在设计计算时不同于以往分不同平面进行计算的方法, 而是采用了对力分类的方法, 使得计算更加简洁准确。设计大车支架时, 使用三维建模软件进行建模, 并引入有限元分析软件进行受力变形分析, 在分析基础上改进设计,并最终获得二维工程图,收到了良好的效果。关键词: 门式起重机;大车运行机构;大车架;传动方式 1 Design onD rive M echanics of 40t G antry C rane Abstract With the developing of our manufacturing and logistics rapidly, gantry cranes play an irreplaceable role at the port, docks and freight yard. The design is the drive mechanics ofa gantry crane. The drive mechanics used to adjust the level of the crane working position. Finally, this paper finish the design of traveling transmission and traveling bracket. Drive way is Motor- Coupling-Reducer-Coupling-Wheel. This transmission program pact and has long service life.
