therapeutic touch. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, SCARED and
CDI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than
the control group (P<). The time of fever abatement, cough relieving, anhelation disappear ance and hospital stay in the
observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<). After intervention, MDI and PDI scores of the two
groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group
(P<). Conclusion The whole course high-quality nursing based on "3H" theory combined with therapeutic touch for
children with severe pneumonia has a significant application effect, which can effectively reduce negative emotion, improve
clinical symptoms and promote intellectual development.
