多模式镇痛护理干预对二次剖宫产产妇术后康复的影响
[摘要] 目的 探討多模式镇痛护理干预对二次剖宫产产妇术后康复的影响。 方法 选择2018年7月~2019年5月于我院待产并行二次剖宫产的产妇178例,根据随机数字表法分为A组 group B (P<). The time of first-time off-bed activity, exhaust time, first breastfeeding time, and length of hospital stay in group A were significantly shorter than those in group B, and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in group B (P<). Conclusion Multi-modal analgesic nursing intervention can effectively improve the pain control level of puerpera with second cesarean section, reduce the postoperative pain level, reduce the stress response caused by pain, improve the postoperative mental state of the puerpera, and reduce negative emotions. This intervention can prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve sleep quality, improve physical and mental comfort, and promote rapid recovery after surgery. Puerpera's satisfaction degree with pain control is high, and intervention effect is favorable. This intervention method is worthy of being recommended. 剖宫产术是终止妊娠、解决难产最快捷有效的方法,是产科领域的重要手术[1]。研究发现,许多产妇在第一胎选择剖宫产术后,第二胎选择剖宫产术分娩的概率会明显增加[2]。随着我国二胎政策的全面放开,二次剖宫产术率明显升高。剖宫产术会损伤子宫及其周围组织,引起产妇术后疼痛,严重影响产妇术后身体恢复[3,4]。因此,如何有效降低二次剖宫产术后疼痛程度,是目前产科护理研究的重点内容。多模式镇痛护理是通过多种方法从剖宫产术前、术中、术后对产妇进行护理,目的在于降低产妇术后疼痛程度,增强产妇术后舒适度[5]。因此,本研究探讨多模式镇痛护理干预对二次剖宫产产妇术后康复的影响,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
经医学伦理委员会审查同意后,选择2018年7月~2019年5月于我院待产并行二次剖宫产的产妇178例,按随机数字表法分为A组(n=89)与B组(n=89)。纳入标准:(1)单胎足月妊娠者;(2)二次选择剖宫产术者;(3)签署知情同意书者。排除标准:(1)符合精神障碍者;(2)合并严重产科疾病者;(3)交流障碍者;(4)合并严重肝肾疾病者;(5)合并严重心脑血管疾病者;(6)中途退出研究者。A组:年龄23~42岁,平均(±)岁,孕周37~42周,平均(±)周,体质量61~87 kg,平均(±)kg。B组:年龄23~45岁,平均(±)岁,孕周37~42周,平均(±)周,体质量63~90 kg,平均(±)kg。两组一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>),具有可比性。
