国际企业管理是工商管理类专业的一门核心课程。它是研究在全球化背景下，企业如何分析经营环境、制定战略、架构组织并实施具体管理职能，通过各种经营形式从国际市场获利，同时还作为最主要的参与主体推动和改善全球化进程。主要内容包括全球化与国际企业、政治经济文化的国家差异、国际企业伦理、国际贸易理论、国际企业经营形式、国际企业战略、国际企业组织结构、国际进入战略和跨国联盟、国际企业的营销与研发、国际企业的人力资源管理、国际企业的财务管理。International business management is a core course of business administration major. Under the background of globalization, it studies how to analyze the business environment, formulate strategies, organize and implement specific management functions, profit from the international market through various business forms, and promote and improve the process of globalization as the main participant. The main contents include globalization and international enterprises, national differences in political economy and culture, international business ethics, international trade theory, international enterprise management form, international enterprise strategy, international enterprise organizational structure, international entry strategy and transnational alliance, marketing and research and development of
