尊敬的山东交通学院团委、学生社团联合会：
您好！
首先感谢你们抽出宝贵的时间来审阅这份申请书。
我们是一群数学建模爱好者，出于对数学建模的热爱而走到一起，一起学****数学建模知识，一起讨论数学建模的实际应用，并且一起参加了全国大学生数学建模竞赛。通过对建模知识的学****了解，我们深切的体会到了数学建模的重要性和我们掌握数学建模知识的必要性，我们渴望自己能够学****掌握更多的数学建模知识，并应用数学建模的手段解决更多的实际问题。 
为了能够凝聚更多的数学建模爱好者，促进同学们对于数学建模方面的知识和心得的交流，提高同学们团结协作应用数学建模知识解决实际问题的能力，从而提升同学们各方面的综合素质，我们希望成立“数学建模社团”。以社团的形式在全校范围内推广数学建模知识，寻找和团结对数学建模有兴趣的同学，利用课余时间一起学****一起交流，共同提高，同时为本校参加全国大学生数学建模大赛积蓄和培养参赛人员。因此，特向校团委递交此社团成立申请书。 
我们知道想要成立一个社团并不容易，但是，本着对数学建模的热爱和为校园文化建设添砖加瓦的态度，我们下定决心一定会坚持下去。
而从当前我校的学术环境中，我们也不难发现，我们学校成立“数学建模社团”是十分必要的。
