长垣县对全县大学生村干部实行“三卡一日志”，规范大学生村干部管理工作。
一是通过《大学生村干部工作提示卡》，让大学生村干部知道该干什么。该县结合农村实际需要和当前重点工作，把大学生村干部须办事项以提醒卡的形式派发到大学生村干部手中，并做到全程督促落实，限时办理，有效提高了大学生村干部服务群众的质量。
二是通过《大学生村干部工作服务登记卡》，让群众知道大学生村干部干了什么。大学生村干部为群众服务后，由群众认真填写工作情况登记卡，不仅使群众对大学生村干部工作开展情况有了清楚认识，而且便于群众监督。同时,登记卡制度的实施，为乡镇党委考核大学生村干部提供了依据。
