lymphedema after cancer resection were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The control group received comprehensive
detumescence therapy, and the observation group received comprehensive detumescence therapy combined with family rehabilitation
training. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results 6 weeks after discharge, the upper limb circumferences of the
observation group were smaller than those of the control group, the pain score was lower than that of the control group, and the EORTC
QLQ-C30 scores were better than those of the control group (P <). Conclusions Comprehensive detumescence therapy combined with
family rehabilitation training can effectively improve the degree of upper extremity lymphedema and upper extremity function of patients
after cancer resection, reduce pain degree and improve the quality of life.
