第一节网络健康传播与信息寻求的理论梳理
一、核心概念
1．网络健康传播：定义与特点 网络健康传播实践至今廿载，其概念也五花八门，有电子医疗(e．medicine)、
虚拟医疗(virtue medicine)、互动健康传播(111teractive health co舳unication)
等。其中互动健康传播由美国的互动性传播与健康科学研究小组在1999年首次 提出，将其定义为“个人消费者、病人、关爱提供者或专业人士之间，通过利用 电子设备及传播技术的互动形式，来获取或传递健康信息，及接受与健康相关的 指导和支持"，包括在线支持小组、在线互动咨询、电子公告板和聊天室等互动
形式1。本研究的对象是关注特定健康议题的互动性网络论坛，因其具有“传递
健康信息"和“指导和支持’’的特点，前者多集中于信息传播和散布，后者那么更 强调互动性的社会互助，在此意义上与网络互动健康传播的内涵有重合之处，故 借用此概念，为突出网络媒介的作用，以下将简称“网络健康传播’’。
网络健康传播兼具单向、双向和多向，人际和群众传播的特点，包括健康 信息的散布和使用、互动咨询、情感支持等内容。互动性网络论坛作为一种在线 互动小组的“在线支持"(online support)形式，是线下社会互助(social support) 的补充，由于其所蕴含的支持性、社交性的联系，也可以认
