由此图可以看出，只有53%的同学会去关注自己的寝室的水电费的使用情况，这说明了很大一部分同学对水电浪费情况都不放在心上，同学们节水节电的意识不强。
3、电浪费现象的分析：
(1)、大功率耗电电器的调查
由上图可以看出，每个寝室有存在着大功率的用电器，比如电热水器（学校安装的）和吹风机，另外饮水机、洗衣机电磁炉等大功率电器也以不同程度的比率存在于寝室中。这些大功率电器也将占据用电量的很大一部分。

（2）、使用电脑情况
根据调查数据显示，50%的同学每天电脑工作时间都在5-9个小时，34%的同学电脑工作时间在0-4个小时，而电脑工作时间超过10个小时的同学高达16%，我校寝室一天开网的时间为16个小时，也就是说在这个区间，大部分时间电脑都是开机状态，这部分用电量也将占寝室总用电量的很大一部分。
