of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end o用至关重要，小组长要切实为本组的学****负起责任，能够任劳任怨地为同学们服务，在服务大家的同时不断提升自己的素质。同时要注意发挥好高效学****科研小组的作用，科研小组让教师教学“分身有术”。每周定期组织学生进行研究，通过小组反馈，通过把学生推到前台，让学生各自承担相应的任务，既分工又合作，了解学生平日学****存在的困惑，了解学生学****过程的内心感受，也了解学生对这一科学****课堂组织的建议，更增强教与学的针对性，革除低效和浪费，为真正的课堂高效学。

我将我们班分成6组：
（1）每组六人，分成ABC三层，保证每组都有一个英语学科带头人。英语小组长就相当于原来的课代表。原来我们只有两个，而现在再加上两个英语课代表，也就是“271”高效课堂模式下的学科带头人，就相当于一个英语老师就有6个助手。以便于课上的分层一对一讨论，继而分层解答疑问。
（2）我觉得担任小组长的同学不一定是学****最好的，但一定是最热心、最有责任心、组织管理能力最强的。当然这一项工作都是在班主任和同头教师相互协调，配合而成。
（3）培训好英语组长，发挥学****小组长的管理、组织、检查作用。其实他们就相当于一个个小英语老师。培训组长这项工作是很首要的任务。我一般是利用早自****辅导时间进行培训。培训内容包括前一天导学案内容及完成情况。还有当天上课的必要准备。让组长组织组内同学准备上课时需要用的东西。
