In order to define its effects on soil microbial community structure, in this study, two additive levels of pyrone were set including low level( mg/kg, normal application) and high level( mg/kg , simulation of pollution of high mass fraction), and soil that did not receive any pyrone was set as controls(CK). With high-throughput sequencing technology, sequencing analysis was conducted on the V3+V4 region of 16S rRNA of soil bacteria and the ITS1 region of fungal treated by Pyrone for 7 d and 60 d. The results showed that both of the Shannon and Chao1 indexes of bacteria and fungi in the black soil after 7 d and 60 d of treatment had no significant change compared with CK. Low mass fraction of pyrone significantly increased the relative abundance of the bacterium Sphingomonas and the fungus Staphylococcus, and significantly reduced the relative abundance of the fungal Ascomycota after 7 d of incubation
